Topic: Will actions taken against staff receive many bad ratings?

I'm curious does Hosting24 really concern the support ratings or not.

Would me great share with us what actions will be taken too. big_smile

Rated tickets are reviewed manually by supervisor and then appropriate actions are taken if the staff member has done well/badly in the ticket.

Does sound rude also consider? It may be an opinion whether it's rude or normal so I used "deemed".

All tickets rated fewer than 5 stars are reviewed manually by supervisor.
